摘要
数字资本主义在带来一系列繁荣景象,同时也加剧劳资之间的权利失衡。基于劳动过程理论,对数字资本主义时代的劳资关系进行分析。劳动过程中劳资关系的特征,主要体现在数字资本情绪控制与工人情绪抵抗、数字技术加速劳资关系中不稳定与被剥削的工作、劳动过程中数字资本全天监控数字劳动者。在数字资本主义时代,劳动过程中劳资关系本质上并没有改变资本对劳动者的剥削与压迫,而是变得更加隐蔽。因此,基于马克思劳动过程理论分析数字资本主义视域下劳资关系,主要体现在马克思劳动过程理论的生产方式、生产关系、劳动过程、再生产和利益等五个方面,揭示数字资本主义控制下劳动过程中劳资关系运行机制和内在逻辑。
Digital capitalism is bringing a series of prosperity,but it also intensifies the imbalance of rights between labor and capital.Based on the labor process theory,this paper analyzes the labor capital relations in the era of digital capitalism.The characteristics of labor capital relations in the labor process are mainly reflected in the emotional control of digital capital and the emotional resistance of workers,the acceleration of unstable and exploited work in labor capital relations by digital technology,and the all-day monitoring of digital workers by digital capital in the labor process.In the era of digital capitalism,the essence of labor relations in the process of labor has not changed the exploitation and oppression of labor by capital,but has become more hidden.Therefore,based on Marx's labor process theory to analyze labor capital relations under the vision of digital capitalism,it is mainly reflected in the five aspects of Marx's labor process theory,namely,production mode,production relations,labor process,reproduction and interests,and reveals the operation mechanism and internal logic of labor capital relations in the labor process under the control of digital capitalism.
