聚合酶链反应(PCR)仪温度校准装置设计

摘要 聚合酶链反应(PCR)被广泛应用于生命科学研究、生化分析、临床诊断、药物分析等各个需要基因克隆和制造突变的领域。PCR仪随着频繁使用和使用时间增加,其温控传感器精度下降和导热胶老化等问题较为严重,从而整体降低了仪器的控温精度,导致目标DNA的扩增受到影响。因此,PCR仪需要进行定期温度校准。目前,国内市场上的PCR仪温度校准系统多为国外产品,价格均极其昂贵。因此,本文设计一款PCR仪温度校准装置,实现对PCR仪温度参数的校准。 Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)is widely used in life science research,biochemical analysis,clinical diagnosis,drug analysis and other fields that need gene cloning and mutation.With the frequent use and the increase of service time of PCR instrument,the accuracy of its temperature control sensor decreases and the aging of thermal conductive adhesive is more serious,which reduce the temperature control accuracy of the instrument as a whole,resulting in the amplification of target DNA being affected.Therefore,the PCR instrument needs regular temperature calibration.At present,most of the PCR temperature calibration systems in the domestic market are foreign products,which are extremely expensive.Therefore,this paper designs a temperature calibration device of PCR instrument to calibrate the temperature parameters of PCR instrument.
