摘要
随着各大光纤预制棒厂家产能的不断增加,市场竞争逐渐激烈,如何进一步降低光纤预制棒的制造成本,成为各大厂家最为紧迫的议题。此外,国家的环保政策逐渐收紧,绿色生产已是大势所趋。因此,开发低成本、环保型原材料应用于光纤预制棒的生产制造,已成为了当前研发的热点。本课题提出了采用八甲基环四硅氧烷(简称D4)取代SiCl_(4)为原材料生产光纤预制棒的技术路线,通过对蒸发系统、OVD设备的研发,疏松体粉末棒沉积工艺研发等,批量使用D4取代SiCl_(4)应用于光纤预制棒的制造。
With the continuous increase of the production capacity of major optical fiber preform manufacturers and the increasingly fierce market competition,how to further reduce the manufacturing cost of optical fiber preforms has become the most urgent issue for major manufacturers.In addition,the country's environmental protection policies have gradually tightened,and green production has become the general trend.Therefore,the development of low-cost,environmentally-friendly raw materials for use in the manufacture of optical fiber preforms has become a hot spot in current research and development.This topic proposes a technical route to use D4 instead of SiCl_(4) as the raw material to produce optical fiber preforms.Through the research and development of evaporation system,OVD equipment and loose powder rod deposition process,D4 is used to replace SiCl_(4) in batch to manufacture optical fiber preform.
