摘要
目的:探究分析对实施胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者在围手术期采取整体护理的效果和对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月谷城县人民医院胸外科收治的行胸腔镜肺大泡切除术的患者64例作为研究对象,按照数字奇偶随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患者均采取常规护理,观察组患者均在常规护理措施的基础上进行整体护理,对比2种不同护理方式对患者的护理效果和护理前后的睡眠质量变化情况。结果:1)在护理效果对比中,观察组的护理总有效率为93.75%,远高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)在睡眠改善情况的对比中,护理后,2组患者睡眠质量均有所改善,观察组所在患者的改善情况更优,其匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)2组患者均有案例发生并发症,但观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组的15.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对实施胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者在围手术期采取整体护理可取得显著的效果,有助于改善预后,降低并发症风险,提高睡眠质量,促进患者术后康复。经观察鉴定发现这是一种应用价值较高且实操性较强的胸外科护理方式,可以考虑于后期进一步增强推广应用力度。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of holistic nursing and sleep quality in patients undergoing thoracoscopic bullectomy.Methods:A total of 64 patients who underwent thoracoscopic bullectomy in the department of thoracic surgery of Gucheng County People′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number parity,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group were given holistic nursing care on the basis of routine nursing measures.The nursing effects of patients in the corresponding groups of two different nursing methods and the changes of sleep quality before and after nursing were compared.Results:1)In the comparison of nursing effects,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,much higher than 81.25%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)In the comparison of sleep improvement,after nursing,the sleep quality of patients in both groups was improved.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score showed that the improvement of patients in the observation group was better,and their PSQI score was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3)There were cases of complications in both groups,but the complication rate was 6.25%,significantly lower than 15.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic bullectomy can achieve remarkable results,help to improve prognosis,improve sleep quality and promote postoperative rehabilitation.Through observation and identification,it is found that this is a thoracic surgery nursing method with high application value and strong practicality,which can be considered to further strengthen the promotion and application in the later stage.
