摘要
目的:探究优质延续护理在胸腔镜下肺病损切除术患者术后的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1-12月笔者所在医院的90例胸腔镜下肺病损切除术患者为研究对象,依据随机分配的原则分为对照组(常规术后护理)45例和观察组(优质延续护理)45例。比较两组引流时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率、满意率、护理前后心理应激(Zung自评量表评分)与生存质量(WHOQOL-BREF评分)。结果:观察组引流时间及住院时间均短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,满意率高于对照组,护理后Zung自评量表评分与WHOQOL-BREF评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质延续护理在胸腔镜下肺病损切除术患者术后的应用价值较高,值得在本类手术患者中推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the application value of high-quality extended nursing in the patients after thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesion.Method:A total of 90 patients with thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesion from January to December 2018 were chosen as the study object,and they were divided into the control group(routine postoperative nursing) 45 cases and the observation group(high-quality extended nursing) 45 cases according to the principle of random distribution.Then the drainage time,hospitalization time,adverse reaction rates,satisfaction rate,psychological stress(Zung self-rating scale score) and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF score) before and after the nursing of two groups were compared.Result:The drainage time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the adverse reaction rates was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group,Zung self-rating scale score and WHOQOL-BREF score after the nursing were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of high-quality extended nursing in the patients after thoracoscopic resection of pulmonary lesion is higher,and it is worthy of popularization and application in these surgical patients.
