摘要
台州方远大饭店主楼4~6层立面开双洞,洞口净宽分别为35m和13m,净高均为12m,采用新型型钢混凝土组合桁架实现洞口跨越构成整体连体结构。针对该项目的结构特点、难点,阐述了结构薄弱部位与关键技术。探讨了连体结构选型、托柱转换组合桁架及长悬挑组合桁架的选用类型。归纳了罕遇地震下整体结构指标与关键结构构件的损伤情况。论述了转换桁架支承柱及连接节点等关键构件与节点设计。开展了罕遇地震下连体楼板地震应力分析与连体结构施工模拟专项分析。分析了超长连体结构温差效应,采用了新型诱导缝等关键技术来减弱温差效应。目前项目已交付使用,满足建筑造型及使用功能要求,验证了分析研究及设计对策的可行性。
The main building of Taizhou Fangyuan Hotel has double holes on the fa?ade of the 4th to 6th floors.The net width of double holes is 35 m and 13 m respectively,and the net height are both 12 m.The new type steel reinforced concrete composite trusses are used to realize the span of the openings to form an integral connecting structure.In view of the structural characteristics and difficulties of the project,the weak parts and key technologies of the structure were expounded.The selection of connected structure,column transfer composite truss and long cantilever composite truss were discussed.The index of overall structure and the damage of key structural components under rare earthquake were summarized.The design of key components and joints such as the supporting columns and connecting joints of the transfer truss was described.the seismic stress analysis of conjoined slabs under rare earthquake and special analysis of construction simulation of connected structure were conducted.The temperature effect of ultra-long connected structure was analyzed and key technologies such as new inducing joint were used to reduce temperature effect.At present the project has been put into use and it meets the requirements of architectural modeling and use function,which verifies the feasibility of analysis and design countermeasures.
