摘要
嘉定区江桥镇0804号地块1~5号楼在二层楼面设置连通环廊,形成多塔连体超限结构。2#、3#、5#采用钢框架结构体系,1#、4#结构高度较高采用钢框架屈曲约束支撑体系。对该结构进行抗震性能化设计,制定了相应的抗震性能目标;进行了小震弹性、大震动力弹塑性时程分析,分析结果表明结构整体指标、关键构件和一般构件均能满足预设的抗震性能目标;针对楼板布置的特殊性进行了地震和温度作用下专项分析,对结构薄弱部位采取了一系列有效的加强措施;构件验算时采用连体、分体模型包络设计。
Building 1~5,Block 0804,Jiangqiao Town,Jiading District,set a connected ring corridor on the second floor.In this way,a multi-tower connected over-limit structure is formed.2#,3#and 5#adopt steel frame structure system,while 1#and 4#structures with high height adopt steel frame buckling restraint bracing system.The seismic performance-based design of the structure is carried out,and the corresponding seismic performance targets are formulated.The elastic analysis of small earthquake and dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis of large earthquakes was carried out.The analysis results show that the overall structure index,key members and general members can meet the preset seismic performance targets.In view of the particularity of floor layout,a special analysis under the action of earthquake and temperature is carried out,and a series of effective strengthening measures are taken for the weak parts of the structure.When checking the components,the conjoined and split model envelope design is adopted.
