摘要
运用熵值法对2016~2020年间黄河流域绿色发展水平和生态创新水平进行了测度,并采用耦合协调度模型实证分析了两者协调发展的时空演变趋势。结果发现:2016~2020年间黄河流域绿色发展水平和生态创新水平耦合协调发展等级依次为轻度失调—初级协调—中级协调—高级协调,且区间差异明显,上中下游地区绿色发展与生态创新的耦合协调度呈高—低—中分布。为推进两系统的协调发展,提出了应从提高绿色发展质量、加强生态创新要素投入与产出的平衡力度、科学规划区域布局、因地制宜实施相关政策等方面着手。
The entropy method is used to measure the green development level and ecological innovation level of the Yellow River Basin from 2016 to 2020,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to empirically analyze the temporal and spatial evolution trend of the coordinated development between the two.It is found that from 2016 to 2020,the degree of coupling and coordinated development of green development level and ecological innovation level in the Yellow River Basin is mild imbalance-primary coordination-intermediate coordination-advanced coordination,and the interval difference is obvious.The coupling and coordinated development degree of green development and ecological innovation in the Yellow River Basin has changed from moderate imbalance to near imbalance,developed to intermediate coordination,and finally reached advanced coordination.In order to promote the coordinated development of the two systems,it is necessary to improve the quality of green development,strengthen the balance between input and output of ecological innovation elements,scientifically plan regional layout,and implement relevant policies according to local conditions.
