循环经济是当代世界经济发展的新趋势,是经济发展的新型模式和高级形态。循环经济的核心是技术生态化。本文根据循环经济的特点和技术发展的客观规律,推导了技术生态化发展的模型,探讨了技术生态化演进的趋势。技术生态化的实质是通过技术进步实现对各种资源的合理利用,提高资源配置和使用效率,实现产业可持续发展。
Circular economy is the new trend of economic development in contemporary world, and is the new mode and deluxe appearances of the economic development. The core of circular economy is the technological eeologization.
