摘要
目的探讨标准化护理程序用于ICU危重病人体外膜肺氧合术的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月期间在山东大学齐鲁医院行人体外膜肺氧合术的ICU危重患者60例,根据随机数字表模式分为观察组和对照组,各有患者30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组基于对照组条件实施标准化护理程序,对比2组救治效率相关指标、并发症发生率以及医护团队满意度。结果实施标准化护理程序后,观察组医护团队在人员到位、开始抢救、物品准备、管道预充、置管完成的时间上均比对照组更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血、感染以及神经系统损伤等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护团队在团队建设、物品准备、患者准备以及管道预充等方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化护理程序应用于ICU危重病人体外膜肺氧合术中的效果较好,可规范护理流程,减少并发症发生,为患者争取时间,提升团队的抢救效率以及满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing procedure in the treatment of severe diseases in ICU.Methods 60 ICU critical patients who underwent human adventitia oxygenation in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table mode,with 30 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented standardized nursing procedures based on the conditions of the control group.The related indexes of treatment efficiency,incidence of complications and satisfaction of medical team were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of standardized nursing procedures,the time of the medical team in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group in terms of personnel in place,rescue,item preparation,pipeline pre filling and tube placement.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications such as bleeding,infection and nervous system injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the medical team in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in team construction,item preparation,patient preparation and pipeline pre filling.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of standardized nursing procedures in ICU critical patients with human adventitia oxygenation has a good effect,which can standardize and promote the nursing process,reduce the occurrence of complications,buy time for patients,and improve the rescue efficiency and satisfaction of the team.
