摘要
利用金相观察、涡流探伤、弯曲试验、拉伸试验等手段,重点研究了铜合金接触线生产过程中表面波浪弯、颈缩等质量缺陷的典型特征及其产生原因,并提出相应的改进建议。
By means of metallographic observation,eddy current testing,bending test and tensile test and other means,the typical characteristics and causes of surface quality defects such as wavy bending and necking in the production of copper alloy contact wire are studied,and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
