摘要 分析了非磁性换热器管子涡流检测,用内穿式探头填充系数的近似计算方法及其不足。从电磁感应的基本原理出发,推导了内穿式探头线圈的电磁有效直径及其对应的填充系数,结合尿素高压换热器管子涡流检测经验提出了根据填充系数选择和设计内穿式涡流检测探头的方法。 The paper analyzes approximate methods for calculating the filling factors of the solenoid probes for eddy current testing of non-magnetic heat exchanger pipes and their disadvantages.The effective diameter of the inner passthrough probe coils and its corresponding filling factors are derived based on the basic principle of electromagnetic induction.Combined with the experience of eddy current testing of urea high pressure heat exchanger pipes,the curves and methods for selecting and designing inner pass-through eddy current testing probes according to the filling factors are given.
