摘要
目的:探讨重症呼吸衰竭患者实施呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年12月铜仁市人民医院收治的112例重症呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,以整群随机化分组法分为两组,各56例。参照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者在参照组的治疗基础上实施呼吸机辅助治疗。比较两组血气指标、心功能指标及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于参照组,动脉血氧分压、左室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径及心室舒张早期和心室舒张末期时的血流流速之比均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸机辅助治疗能够有效提高重症呼吸衰竭患者的治疗总有效率,改善患者血气指标和心功能指标,推广应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and application value of ventilator-assisted therapy for severe respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 112 patients with severe respiratory failure treated in Tongren People's Hospital from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the cluster randomization method,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with ventilator-assisted therapy on the basis of the treatment in the reference group.The blood gas indexes,cardiac function indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,while arterial oxygen partial pressure,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and the ratio of blood flow velocity in early ventricular diastole to ventricular end diastole were higher than those in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ventilator-assisted therapy can effectively improve the total effective rate of patients with severe respiratory failure,improve blood gas indexes and cardiac function indexes,and has a high popularization and application value.
