摘要
为创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,以南华大学为例,通过文献分析法,分析协同培养的必要性,通过调查分析法探讨协同培养存在的问题,通过经验总结法和系统分析法科学建构“四协同”培养模式,结果表明:核安全人才具有紧缺性、特殊性和教育资源的分散性特征,这些特征决定核安全人才必须走协同培养之路;现阶段我国核安全人才培养面临协同力不足的问题,加快培养模式改革势在必行;“四协同”培养模式的核心要素包括思政课程和课程思政协同培养、多学科交叉专业群协同培养、校-企协同培养和国际协同培养。
In order to innovate talents'training mode and improve training quality,with University of South China as an example,necessity of collaborative training was analyzed through literature analysis method,and existing problems of it were discussed through investigation and analysis.Then,"four collaborations"training mode was established based on experience summary and systematic analysis.The results show that the features of nuclear safety talents include its scarcity,particularity and dispersion of educational resources,all of which make collaborative training necessary.The current talent training in China is confronted with the problem of insufficient collaboration,so it is imperative to speed up reform of training mode.The core elements of"four collaborations"mode include collaborative training in ideological and political courses and the courses'ideological and political education,multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary professional collaborative training,school and enterprise collaborative training and international collaborative training.
