摘要
为探明云南主产区葡萄根际土壤原核生物多样性,更好地改善葡萄根际土壤环境,采集建水、宾川、弥勒和元谋葡萄种植区的27份葡萄根际土壤样品,通过16S rRNA基因扩增子测序技术对葡萄根际土壤原核生物群落结构进行分析,并探究云南主产区葡萄根际土壤主要原核生物种类与土壤因子的相关性。结果表明:云南主产区葡萄根际以变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)为主要优势菌门;Bacillus、Acidibacter、Arthrobacter、Bryobacter、Conexibacter、Gaiella、Mycobacterium、Nitrolancea、Nocardioides、Paenibacillus、Phenylobacterium、Pseudaminobacter、Pseudolabrys、Streptomyces、Thermoactinomyces这15个原核生物属为葡萄根际土壤核心原核生物属。此外,还有12个未能明确鉴定出属名的原核生物在所有样本中均出现,可能是其核心原核生物,有待进一步研究证实。相关性分析表明,土壤pH值是显著影响葡萄根际土壤原核生物群落组成的关键因子。
Rhizosphere microorganisms of grape play an important role in promoting growth and improving stress resistance.In order to explore the prokaryotic biodiversity of grape rhizosphere in Yunnan Province,and improve the soil environment of grape rhizosphere,twenty-seven rhizosphere soil samples were collected from the main grape growing regions including Jianshui,Binchuan,Mile and Yuanmou,and the prokaryotic community structure of soil samples were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing technology.Furthermore,the correlation between prokaryotic species and soil factors was revealed.The results showed that Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria were the dominant bacteria in the rhizosphere of grape in Yunnan Province.Fifteen prokaryotic genera (Bacillus,Acidibacter,Arthrobacter,Bryobacter,Conexibacter,Gaiella,Mycobacterium,Nitrolancea,Nocardioides,Paenibacillus,Phenylobacterium,Pseudaminobacter,Pseudolabrys,Streptomyces,Thermoactinomyces) were the core prokaryotes of grape rhizosphere soil.In addition,there were other twelve prokaryotes unidentified clearly,which were present in all the soil samples,maybe they were core prokaryotes.The correlation analysis of soil factors showed that soil pH value was the key factor that significantly affected the composition of grape rhizosphere soil prokaryotic community.
