摘要
老年人身体各项功能存在不同程度的下降,尤其骨质疏松和髋周肌群退行性变发生率较高,一旦受到轻微外力撞击或跌倒都有可能发生骨折,需要进行手术治疗。因治疗周期长,患者术后常出现各种并发症,严重者可危及生命。中医穴位按摩具有简单、经济、无毒副作用等特点,其通过刺激相关穴位有效减轻老年骨折患者术后并发症症状,促进患者术后康复,在防治老年骨折术后并发症方面有一定效果。但目前对于穴位的特异性、组合的合理性等观察与研究尚不深入,未来可考虑从动物实验方面探讨中医穴位按摩防治骨折术后并发症的具体作用机制。
The elderly have different degrees of decline in body functions,especially osteoporosis and degeneration of the hip solid muscle groups have a higher incidence,in which once a slight external impact or fall,fractures requiring surgical treatment may occur.Because the treatment period is long,and the patients often experience various complications after surgery,which can be life-threatening in severe cases.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint massage has the characteristics of simple economica,and non-toxic and side effects.TCM acupoint massage can effectively relieve the symptoms of postoperative complications in the elderly patients with fractures by stimulating relevant acupoints,and promote postoperative recovery showing a certain effect in preventing and treating postoperative complications of the elderly fractures.However,the observation and research of the specificity of the acupoints and the rationality of the combination are not deep enougu yet.In the future,animal experiments can be considered to explore the specific mechanism of TCM acupoint massage in preventing and treating postoperative complications of fractures.
