摘要
为拓展延伸体育教学的时间和空间,满足学生对多样化课外体育锻炼的需要,通过实验对照法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法和数据统计法,对在高职院校课外活动建立篮球俱乐部的实践可行性进行全面分析验证,创新探索课内教学与课外实践有机融合的教学模式,在丰富学生课余生活、提升体育教学实效的同时,培养学生综合能力。进一步促进篮球俱乐部教学模式的可持续发展,提出强化组织领导、完善教师素质、提高管理效能、突出主体地位、加大推广力度五个维度的意见建议,为建立和完善多专业、多领域的体育俱乐部教学体系提供理论依据和实践参考。
In order to expand the time and space of physical education teaching and meet the needs of students for diversified extracurricular physical exercise, the feasibility of establishing basketball clubs in extracurricular activities in higher vocational colleges was comprehensively analyzed and verified by experimental comparison, questionnaire survey, literature review, expert interview and statistics. The innovation and exploration of in-class teaching and extracurricular integration not only enrich students’ after-school life and improve physical education effectiveness, but also cultivate students’ comprehensive ability.To further promote the sustainable development of the basketball club teaching mode, we put forward five suggestions: strengthen organizational leadership, perfect the quality of teachers, improve management efficiency, highlight the entity status, strengthen promotion.This paper provide theoretical basis for and practical reference to establishing a perfect professional and multi-field sports club for teaching system.
