摘要
犊牛腹泻是一种犊牛常见疾病,是造成养殖户生产力和经济损失的主要原因。犊牛腹泻可由多种病原体感染所致,如牛轮状病毒、牛冠状病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒、牛诺如病毒、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌和隐孢子虫等;牛舍环境和饲养管理等其他因素也会造成疾病的发生。犊牛腹泻的多种原因使该疾病难以得到有效的控制。文章综述了与犊牛腹泻相关的牛肠道病原体的生理学和发病机制,以期为后续研究提供基础。
Calf diarrhea is a common disease of calves, which is the main cause of productivity and economic loss of farmers. Calf diarrhea can be caused by a variety of pathogens, such as bovine rotavirus, bovine coronavirus, bovine viral diarrhea virus, bovine norovirus, Salmonella, Escherichia coli,Clostridium perfringens and Cryptosporidium;Other factors such as cowshed environment and feeding management can also cause diseases.Many causes of calf diarrhea make it difficult to control the disease effectively. This paper reviews the physiology and pathogenesis of bovine intestinal pathogens related to calf diarrhea, in order to provide a basis for follow-up research.
