摘要
骶髂关节错位是目前临床上的常见疾病,以下腰痛或腰臀痛、长短腿、跛行等为主要特征。本文总结基于从腹论治思路运用腰腹联合手法治疗产后骶髂关节错位医案一则,以期为临床上骶髂关节错位的治疗方案提供新思路。
Sacroiliac joint dislocation is a common clinical disease,which is characterized by low back pain or low hip pain,long and short legs,and claudication.This paper summarizes a medical case of treating postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation with lumbar abdominal combined manipulation based on the differentiation and treatment of abdomen,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation in clinic.
