Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of orthopedic therapy in treating of staggered sacroiliac joints and characteristics of clinical research. Methods: The logical combination of staggered sacroiliac joint, pelvic disorders, manipulation and randomized controlled were chosen as index terms. All the relevant literature were randomized controlled trials included from January 2005 to July 2016 were retrieved from china national knowledge, Wan fang Database, VIP Database of Chinese journal and Chinese Biomedical literature database through computer. Statistical analysis was conducted by using Note Express, Microsoft Excel. Results: One hundred and seventy-five literature were searched out. After screening, twenty-six literature (Randomized Controlled Trials, 2743patients) were included in the final analysis. Only 1 high quality literature (Jadad score is 3 points), and the rest are low quality literature. Conclusions: The effect of the Orthopedic therapy in treating the Staggered sacroiliac joint is remarkable, and some patients with immediate effect. However, the literature quality was low. Therefore, more rigorous, scientific and reasonable large sample, multi center randomized controlled trials are needed to further verify the effectiveness and safety of the orthopedic therapy.
