摘要
目的利用CiteSpace软件分析CNKI关于中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)的所有文献,分析中医药在该领域的研究现状及前沿热点。方法检索CNKI数据库自建库以来的所有该领域相关文献,导入CiteSpace中,可视化分析作者、机构、关键词节点信息,绘制可视化图谱。结果共纳入590篇文献,发表中医药治疗DPN相关研究作者共1219人,相关机构637个,涉及关键词646个,热点关键词为中西医结合治疗、消渴痹证、中药熏洗、中药足浴、针灸、补阳还五汤、当归四逆汤等,共形47成个聚类。研究热点为以当归四逆汤为代表的养血温经通络疗法干预治疗DPN,研究前沿为中西医结合治疗DPN的科学性和分子机制探析。结论中医药治疗DPN文献总体呈现逐年增长态势,各作者、机构间合作较为松散,中医药治疗DPN具有一定的优势,研究热点可分为三类,在临床研究上,以养血温经通络药为主,辅以中药足浴、熏洗、针灸等外治法;在实验研究上,采用中西医结合手段利用现代医学检验技术和分子靶点关系阐述中医药治疗DPN深层机制,实验手段以中药干预糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经为主,检测通路或Mir-RNA中蛋白表达;在理论研究上以探讨DPN中西医发病机制、循证医学、药理学研究为主。
Objective To analyze all CNKI articles on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)by using CiteSpace.To analyze the research status and hot spots of TCM in this field.Methods All the related articles in this field since the establishment of CNKI database were included and imported into CiteSpace to visually ana-lyze the information of authors,institutions and key words to draw the analysis visualization map.Results A total of 590 articles were included and 1219 authors,637 institutions and 646 key words were involved.The research hotspots of keywords were inte-grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,diabetes arthralgia syndrome,herbal fumigation,Chinese medicine foot therapy,acupuncture,Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤),Danggui Sini Decoction(当归四逆汤)and so on,forming 47 clusters.The research hotspots were the intervention treatment of DPN by Danggui Sini Decoction,and the research frontier was the scientificity and molecular mechanism analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of DPN.Conclusion The article of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DPN was increasing year by year.The coopera-tion among the authors and institutions were relatively loose.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of DPN.The research hotspots can be divided into three categories.In clinical research,the drugs efficacy was nourishing blood,warming meridians and dredging collaterals,and combining with external therapies such as foot bath of traditional Chinese medi-cine,fumigation and acupuncture.In the experimental research,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,medical la-boratory technology and molecular relationship can express the principle of traditional Chinese medicine of DPN.Traditional Chi-nese medicine was an experimental method to treat the sciatic nerve of DPN rats,and the protein expression of pathway or Mir-RNA was detected.In the theoretical research,t
