摘要
党的十一届三中全会以来,中国成功实现了从高度集中的计划经济体制到充满活力的社会主义市场经济体制的历史性转变。中国经济体制转型发展之所以取得了巨大成功,关键在于,明确稳定的转型方向、积极渐进的转型方式和双向互动的转型路径为转型发展提供了必要的政府权威、社会秩序和民间活力。中国未来的经济体制深化改革必须进一步完善党的全面领导和意识形态工作,加强社会建设并充分发挥社群治理的能动作用,保持政府、市场与社会之间的平衡共生。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,China has successfully achieved a historic transformation from a highly centralized planned economic system to a vigorous socialist market economic system.The key to the great success of the transformation of China’s economic system lies in a clear and stable direction of the transformation,an active and gradual transformation method and a two-way interactive transformation path,which provide the necessary government authority,social order and civil vitality for the transformation and development.The future reform of China’s economic system must further improve the Party’s overall leadership and ideological work,strengthen social construction and give full play to the dynamic role of community governance,and maintain a balanced symbiosis amony government,market and society.
