摘要
防范化解经济领域重大风险,实现经济持续健康发展,是中国共产党在新时代的重大使命。当前中国面临的经济风险主要有方向性风险、结构性失衡风险和国外经济风险。中国共产党在经济治理中善于把握社会主义基本方向,坚持以人民为中心的价值导向,把稳中求进作为治理的工作基调,中国共产党所秉持的治理原则赋予其优秀的治理能力。因此,要始终维护党中央权威和集中统一领导,这有助于在经济风险面前统一思想凝聚共识,提升防范化解风险的自觉性;有助于确保经济政策的连续性,形成风险治理的长效机制;有助于增强系统性整体性协调性,提升经济体系抵御风险的能力,确保中国经济改革行稳致远。
Preventing and resolving major risks in the economic field and achieving sustainable and healthy economic development is a major mission of the CPC in the new era.The economic risks currently confronting China are mainly directional risks,structural imbalance risks and foreign economic risks.The CPC is adept at grasping the basic direction of socialism in economic governance,adhering to the people-centred value orientation,and making steady progress the working tone of governance.The governance principles upheld by the CPC give it excellent governance capabilities.Therefore,it is important to constantly uphold the authority and centralised leadership of the CPC Central Committee.The practice helps to unify ideas and forge consensus in the face of economic risks and enhance the consciousness of preventing and resolving risks;it helps to ensure the continuity of economic policies and form a long-term mechanism for risk management;and it helps to enhance systemic comprehensiveness,holistic completeness,and coordinative interactiveness,improve the ability of the economic system to withstand risks,and ensure that China’s economic reform will be stable and far-reaching.
