摘要 为了使输送带运输系统更加安全可靠、使用维护方便,设计了一种以PLC可编程控制器为核心、KXJ220矿用隔爆兼本安型控制器为辅助采集控制器,融合Profibus-DP总线通信技术、以太网通信技术、485总线通信技术的输送带运输系统。重点介绍了系统的硬件组态配置、软件流程设计、通信程序设计、系统验证与应用。该系统的投入使用将大大提高输送带运输的可靠性和安全性,减小系统的维护工作量和维护难度。 In order to make the belt transportation system more safe and reliable, easy to use and maintain, designed a belt transportation system with PLC as the core, KXJ220 mine flameproof and intrinsically safe controller as the auxiliary acquisition controller, and integrated Profibus-DP bus communication technology, ethernet communication technology, 485 bus communication technology.Mainly introduced the hardware configuration, software flow design, communication program design,system verification and application of the system.The application of the system will greatly improve the reliability and safety of belt transportation and reduce the workload and difficulty of system maintenance.
