摘要
目的探讨心脑脉康对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)模型家兔血脂及组织病理改变的影响。方法将雄性家兔随机分成空白组、模型组、阳性药组、心脑脉康低剂量组、心脑脉康高剂量组。对空白组以外的各组家兔建立动脉粥样硬化模型,造模成功后给予实验药物,末次给药后采血检测血脂生化指标,取颈动脉组织病理制片镜检,观察镜下组织病理形态。结果与空白组比较,各造模组血清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)水平均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,阳性药物组及心脑脉康低、高剂量组TC、TG、LDL水平降低,HDL水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且随着实验药物剂量增加,降脂作用明显增加(P<0.05)。颈动脉病理组织形态方面,阳性药物组及心脑脉康低、高剂量组相较于模型组粥样硬化病变程度减轻(P<0.05)。而阳性药物组与心脑脉康低、高剂量组比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论心脑脉康对家兔动脉粥样硬化具有良好的治疗作用,为该中药方剂在临床应用提供了实验依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinnao Maikang(心脑脉康)on blood lipid and histopathological changes in rabbits with as.Methods Male rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive drug group,Xinnao Maikang low dose group and Xinnao Maikang high dose group.The atherosclerotic model was established in rabbits of all groups except the blank group.After successful modeling,the experimental drugs were given.After the last administration,blood samples were taken to detect the biochemical indexes of blood lipid,and the pathological sections of carotid artery were taken for microscopic examination.Results Compared with the blank group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL and HDL in each model group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL in the positive drug group,Xinnao Maikang low-dose group and Xinnao Maikang high-dose group increased,while the level of HDL decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of experimental drug dosage,the lipid-lowering effect increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the degree of atherosclerosis in the positive drug group,Xinnao Maikang low-dose group and Xinnao Maikang high-dose group decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between positive drug group and Xinnao Maikang lowdose and high-dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinnao Maikang has a good therapeutic effect on atherosclerosis in rabbits,which provides an experimental basis for the clinical application of the Chinese herbal medicine.
