摘要
通过对江西省省级农业科技园区的实地调研、问卷调查、深度访谈等,结合园区历年的相关统计数据,概述和分析了园区发展现状。针对其中存在的问题,从加强组织领导、细化申报条件、强化规划引领、完善评价体系等方面,探讨了江西省省级园区管理思路和方法,并为推进江西省农业科技园区建设提供了一些政策性建议。
Based on the statistical data over the years,the development status of the provincial agricultural science and technology park in Jiangxi Province was summarized and analyzed by field research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.In view of the existing problems,the managements and methods were explored from the aspects of strengthening organization and leadership,detailing conditions of declaration,strengthening planning guidance and improving evaluation system,in order to provide policy suggestions for promoting the construction of the park.
