摘要
为了满足社会发展需求,实现高校武术专业人才的个性化发展,必须对高校武术专业人才培养模式进行改变与创新,以教育工作“立德树人”为重要育人目标,使学生树立正确的思想观念。本文以“立德树人”理念为目标,简述创新高校武术专业人才培养模式,提升教学质量与效果。
To meet the requirement from the modern society,realize the personalized development of wushu major talents,changes and innovation should be done in wushu talent cultivation mode in universities.The education shall take strengthening moral education and fostering people as its key object and establish the correct thought for students.This paper takes this education object and makes a brief discussion on the talent cultivation mode with innovation,the improvement of teaching quality and teaching effect.
