摘要
目的:分析对老年股骨头置换术患者实施疼痛干预及优质护理的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月广州医科大学附属中医医院收治的96例股骨头置换术患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予疼痛干预及优质护理,对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分、疼痛评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果:护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.006、0.015,P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.719、8.269,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.011,P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者疼痛评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.363,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.693,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.011,P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.596,P<0.05)。结论:疼痛干预及优质护理对老年股骨头置换术患者的不良反应发生率、负性情绪、疼痛改善程度、生活质量等均有积极的影响。
Objective:To analyze the effect of pain intervention and high-quality nursing on elderly patients undergoing femoral head replacement.Methods:A total of 96 patients with femoral head replacement who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain intervention and high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of anxiety,depression,pain,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(t=0.006,0.015,P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.719,8.269,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(t=0.011,P>0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.363,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.693,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(t=0.011,P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.596,P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain intervention and high-quality nursing have a positive impact on the incidence of adverse reactions,negative emotion,pain improvement and quality of life of elderly patients unde
