摘要
针对常见的皮带运行中托辊损坏、减速器断轴、皮带跑偏等问题进行故障缺陷的成因分析,并通过将三联辊以硬质弹簧进行替代,对减速器-电机轴销进行改进,对托辊底座设计自动纠偏装置后,输送机故障率大为减少,达到良好的效果。
Aiming at the common problems such as idler damage,reducer shaft breakage,belt deviation and other problems during belt operation,the article analyzes the causes of fault defects,replaces the triple roller with hard springs to improve motor shaft pin of the reducer,and designs an automatic deviation correction device for the base of the idler,which greatly reduces the failure rate of the conveyor and achieves good results.
