摘要
针对传统的托辊火灾防治所运用的定期维护方法成本高、隐患大、实时性差等问题,提出了基于振动信号分析的托辊健康状态监测研究。通过托辊故障的简要分析、振动模型建立、轴承故障仿真分析以及基于SIOS算法的健康状态监测研究,完成了带式输送机托辊健康监测分析。通过实验测试发现,监测系统运行高效准确,准确率可达100%,可应用于实际生产之中。
Aiming at the problems of high cost, hidden danger and poor real time of the traditional periodic maintenance methods applied to the prevention and control of roller fires, a study on monitoring the health status of rollers based on vibration signal analysis is proposed.The health monitoring analysis of the belt conveyor rollers is completed through a brief analysis of the rollers’ faults, vibration model establishment, bearing fault simulation analysis and health condition monitoring research based on SIOS algorithm. Through experimental tests, it was found that the monitoring system operates efficiently and accurately, with an accuracy rate of up to 100%, and can be applied in actual production.
