摘要
在隆博煤矿8#煤层2-501工作面回采过程中,2-5012顺槽发生严重的底鼓变形,利用理论分析和数值模拟等手段,分析了顺槽底鼓机理及影响因素,以及不同支护方案下对围岩的控制效果,确定了联合支护措施效果最佳。在此基础上,设计卧底留卸压槽、浇筑混凝土和底板注浆联合支护方案对顺槽底鼓区段进行治理,方案实施后,巷道顶底板的最大移近量约为55 mm,而两帮的最大移近量约为27 mm,说明该联合支护方案控制巷道底鼓效果良好,有利于长时间维护巷道围岩稳定性。
Aiming at the serious floor heave deformation in 2-5012 crossheading during mining at 2-501 working face in No.8 coal seam of Longbo Colliery,the paper analyzes the mechanism and influencing factors of floor heave and the control effect of surrounding rock under different support schemes by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and proposes the combined support measures of retaining pressure relief groove,pouring concrete and bottom grouting,which can control the floor heave effectively with the maximum deformation of about 55 mm in the roof and floor and about 27 mm in two sides,maintaining the stability of roadway surrounding rock for a long time.
