摘要
为解决岩层容易破碎工作面采用锚杆+锚索支护方式对围岩控制效果不佳的问题,以某矿820综采工作面为研究对象,在对工作面顶底板条件和当前支护状态分析的基础上,研究了注浆加固支护的机理,并根据820综采工作面的实际情况设计了以注浆锚杆为核心的注浆加固方式,并设计了相关的注浆参数,最后通过数值模拟方式验证了注浆加固的支护效果。
In order to solve the problem of poor control of the surrounding rock by using anchor rod + anchor cable in the working face with easily broken rock,a series of studies were carried out on 820 general mining face as an example.Based on the analysis of the working face top and bottom plate conditions and current support status,the mechanism of grouting reinforcement support was studied,and the grouting reinforcement method with grouting anchor rod as the core was designed according to the actual situation of 820 general mining face,and the relevant grouting parameters were designed.
