摘要 现有的高校贫困生资助体系在资助对象的选择公平、资助策略的实施公平以及资助效果的评估公平上还有不足,资助工作有待改进。文章在公平理论的基础上构建资助满意度模型,从投入要素、产出要素及环境要素的角度出发,探讨影响资助满意度的因素。研究结论表明,要提升高校贫困生资助满意度,必须首先加强资助环境的公平建设,其次引导学生加大自身要素的投入,最后在资助方式上要更加灵活,加大隐性资助的力度。 The existing system financial assistance for poor students in colleges and universities still lacks in fair selection of students to be assisted,fair implementation of strategies,and fair evaluation of effect.The work of fi⁃nancial assistance needs to be improved.This paper constructs a model of satisfaction with financial assistance on the basis of fairness theory,and explores the factors that affect the satisfaction from the perspective of input ele⁃ments,output elements and environmental factors.The research conclusions show that to improve the satisfaction of poor students,we must first strengthen the construction of a system ensuring a fair environment,and secondly guide students to increase their own investment,and at the same time.At the same time,the way of financial assis⁃tance should be more flexible,and implicit financial assistance should be increased.
