摘要
作为应用性社会科学,社会工作专业人才培养目标应凸显其实践性特征。但在现实社会工作人才培养中存在学生“学不会”和“不会用”的问题。本文以《个案工作》课程为例,基于交往行动理论分析指出课程现存问题的根本原因在于授课过程的间接沟通导致学生理解不足,使学生对个案工作缺乏兴趣,导致其以应付考试为目标,造成“学不会”和“不会用”等问题表征。通过课前、课中和课后的教学过程设计,在实践行动中打通学生主观世界与客观世界知识的关联,促进学生快速地吸收知识并向能力转化,增进学生对现实世界的理解,激发学生学习的兴趣并增进学生专业价值认同。在此基础上总结教学改革主要经验,以推动教学改革,确保学生掌握个案工作服务这一社会工作核心能力。
As an applied social science, the training goal of social work professionals should highlight its practical characteristics.However, in the training of social work talents, there are some problems that students can’t learn and can’t use. Take the curriculum of social case work as an example, from the perspective of communication action theory, this paper analyzes the root cause of the existing problems of the curriculum lies in the lack of students’ understanding due to the indirect communication in the teaching process, and then lack of interest in social casework and aiming at meeting the examination, resulting in problems such as learning and using.Through the design of teaching process before, during and after class, the students can get through the relationship between their subjective world and objective world knowledge, promote knowledge absorption and ability transformation quickly, enhance students’ understanding of the real world, stimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance students’ professional value recognition in practice.On this basis, the paper summarizes the general conditions of the teaching reform to promote teaching reform and ensure that students master the core competence of case work service.
