摘要
为监测和评估福建省某规模化猪场猪群健康状况,进一步完善该猪场的疫苗免疫程序,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别对20日龄、40日龄、60日龄猪的血清进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)、伪狂犬病(PR)和猪瘟(CSF)抗体监测及采用实时荧光PCR/RT-PCR试验对患猪组织进行病原检测。该猪场20日龄、40日龄、60日龄血清PR gE抗体阳性率均为0.00%;20日龄、40日龄血清PR gB抗体阳性率均为100.00%,60日龄血清PR g B抗体阳性率降为0.00%;20日龄、40日龄、60日龄血清CSF抗体阳性率分别为60.00%、60.00%、100.00%;对患猪不同组织分别进行PRRSV、PRV和CSFV病原检测,实时荧光PCR/RT-PCR结果显示PRRSV阳性,PRV和CSFV阴性。试验结果表明,该猪场PR和CSF的疫苗免疫效果较好,但存在较严重PRRSV野毒株感染的情况,建议今后继续加强猪场PR和CSF疫苗免疫,于40~60日龄时提早对猪群进行PR疫苗加强免疫,同时在该猪群中已存在PRRSV野毒感染,为达疫病净化,应淘汰阳性猪只,做好猪舍消毒,引进阴性猪,长期进行抗体监测。
In order to monitor and evaluate the health status of pigs in a large-scale pig farm in Fujian province and further improve the vaccine immunization program of the pig farm, 20-day, 40-day and 60-day-old were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Pig sera antibodies were monitored for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS), pseudorabies(PR), and swine fever(CSF), and real-time PCR/RT-PCR assays were used to detect pathogens in diseased pig tissues. The positive rate of serum PR gE antibody at 20-day, 40-day and 60-day of the pig farm was 0.00%;the positive rate of serum PR gB antibody at 20-day and 40-day was 100.00%. The positive rate of PR gB antibody was reduced to 0.00%;the positive rates of serum CSF antibody at 20-day,40-day and 60-day were 60.00%, 60.00%, and 100.00%, respectively;real-time PCR/RT-PCR test results showed positive for PRRSV, negative for PRV and CSFV. The results show that the PR and CSF vaccines in this pig farm have good immunization effects,but there are serious PRRSV wild strain infections. The pigs should be boosted with PR vaccine in advance. At the same time, there is already PRRSV wild virus infection in the pigs. In order to purify the disease, the positive pigs should be eliminated, the pig house should be disinfected, the negative pigs should be introduced, and the long-term antibody monitoring should be carried out.
