摘要
目的:观察激光穴位照射治疗原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛患者以1∶1的比例随机分配到治疗组、对照组,两组患者均口服“碳酸钙D片+阿法骨化醇片”基础药物治疗3个月。治疗组在基础治疗的同时实施激光穴位照射。对照组在基础治疗的同时实施假激光穴位照射。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、腰椎骨密度值、外周血Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽及β胶联降解产物的变化,进行综合疗效评估。结果:治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗后两组的VAS评分、β胶联降解产物与治疗前比较均显著降低(P <0.01),两组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);治疗后两组的外周血I型胶原氨基端前肽水平与治疗前比较显著降低(P <0.01),两组间亦差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组的腰椎骨密度值与治疗前、组间比较均差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:激光穴位照射治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛疗效显著,可显著改善患者的腰背痛症状,同时可改善骨代谢、有增加骨密度的趋势,且操作方便,安全无创,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of laser acupoint irradiation on low back pain in primary osteoporosis. Methods: A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in both groups were treated with calcium carbonate Dtablets and alfacalcidol tablets for 3 months. At the same time, the treatment group was treated with laser acupoint irradiation;the control group was treated with pseudo-laser acupoint irradiation. Results: The clinical efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the VAS score and β-CTX in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01), and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);and the level of PINP in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01);and there was also a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in lumbar BMD between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Laser acupoint irradiation is effective on low back pain in osteoporosis, which can obviously relieve low back pain, improve bone metabolism, and has the trend of increasing bone mineral density, and it is easy to operate, safe and non-invasive, so it is worthy of clinical application.
