摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松的临床疗效及作用机制。方法收集原发性骨质疏松患者80例,采用抽签法将患者分为针灸组和常规组,每组40例。常规组采用常规药物治疗,口服碳酸钙D3片、阿法骨化醇、肌注降钙素针。针灸组采用针灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后骨痛评分、血清睾酮、骨代谢指标变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,针灸组患者的骨痛评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后针灸组睾酮、骨化三醇水平明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。针灸组的总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针灸能有效缓解原发性骨质疏松症患者的骨痛,改善其骨代谢,提高成骨细胞活性、骨化三醇水平,提高整体疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating primary osteoporosis.Methods 80 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into acupuncture group and routine group,and there were 40 patients in each group. The routine group was treated with routine drug,oral calcium carbonate D3 tablet,alfacalcidol and calcitonin injection needle. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The changes of osteodynia score, serum testosterone,bone metabolism before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the patient＇s osteodynia score in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the routine group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the testosterone and ossification three alcohol level of the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the routine group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the routine group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively alleviate the bone pain of primary osteoporosis patient,improve the bone metabolism,increase osteoblast activity,ossification three alcohol levels and the overall effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
