含油R32制冷剂在水平和竖直吸气管内的流动特性研究

Study on Flow Properties of R32/PVE Mixture in Horizontal and Vertical Suction Lines

摘要 R32和PVE混合物近年来已成为商用制冷及热泵系统的热门工质。本文对R32和PVE VG 68混合物在压缩机吸气管中的滞油和压降特性进行了实验研究。实验样品为两根内径10.7 mm的光滑铜管,工质流动方向为水平和竖直向上。采用拆除称重法对管内的滞油量进行测量。对制冷剂质量流率90~230 kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1),名义油质量分数1%~5%,3种饱和温度和过热度的工况进行了测试,研究了制冷剂的质量流率、油的质量分数、混合物的热力学及传输特性、流动方向对滞油量和压降的影响。结果表明:随着制冷剂质量流率的减小、实际油质量分数和运动黏度比的增加、流动倾角的增大,滞油量有增加的趋势。管内压降随制冷剂质量流率和油质量分数的增加而增大;油对压降的影响随着制冷剂质量流率的增加而减弱。 R32/PVE mixture has become a popular working fluid for commercial refrigeration and heat pump systems in recent years.In this paper,the oil retention and pressure drop characteristics of the mixture of R32/PVE VG 68 mixture in the compressor suction lines have been studied experimentally.The experimental samples were two smooth copper tubes with an inner diameter of 10.7mm,and the flow directions of the working fluids were horizontal and vertical upward.Remove-andweight technique was used to measure the amount of oil retention in the tube.The experimental conditions covered refrigerant mass flux from 90 to 230 kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1),nominal oil mass fraction from 1% to 5%,three conditions of different saturation temperatures and superheat degree.The effects of refrigerant mass flux,oil mass fraction,thermodynamics and transport characteristics of the mixture,flow direction on the oil retention and pressure drop were studied.The results show that with the decrease of refrigerant mass flux,the increase of actual oil mass fraction,kinematic viscosity ratio and flow angle,the amount of oil retention tends to increase.The pressure drop in the tube increases with the increase of refrigerant mass flux and oil mass fraction.The effect of oil on pressure drop decreases with the increase of refrigerant mass flux.
