摘要
在比较Φ4.96mm内螺纹铜管与普通Φ7.00mm内螺纹铜管换热及流体压降特点的基础上,介绍了家用空调使用Φ4.96mm内螺纹铜管采用的相应措施。整机性能测试证明,采用Φ4.96mm内螺纹铜管时蒸发器铜的用量降低43%以上,铝降低8%以上,蒸发器成本下降40%左右;而制冷量提高了2.32%,能效比提高2.26%,循环风量增加5.66%。
Based on the comparison of heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics for Ф4.96 mm and Ф 7.00 mm inner screwed copper tube, the related measures to apply Ф4.96 mm inner screwed copper tube to household air conditioner are introduced. The function test of air conditioner shows that the copper consumption of evaporator with Ф4.96 mm inner screwed copper tube is decreased by more than 43%, the aluminum consumption is decreased by more than 8%, and the cost of evaporator is decreased by about 40%; but the refrigerating capacity is increased by 2.32%, EER is increased by 2.26%.
