对ACR铜管生产中PSW轧制技术的研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE PSW CAST-ROLL PROCESS IN THE PRODUCATION OF THE ACR COPPER TUBES

摘要 运用拉伸力学性能测试、金相显微镜对PSW(PlanetaryShrargeWaltwerk)三辊行星轧制过程中ACR铜管的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明:与传统的挤压法相比较,铸轧法生产ACR铜管工艺技术具有先进性、经济性和可行性。且PSW轧制技术是成功实施用铸轧法生产ACR铜管新工艺的核心技术。 The structure and mechanical property of the ACR copper tubes in the process of the PSW (Planetary Shrarge Waltwerk) three- roll planetary mills were analyzed by using tensile test and metallographic microscope examination. The results showed that the cast- roll process produced ACR copper tubes was more advanced, economical and realizable comparing with the extrusion process. Moreover the PSW cast- roll process was the key technology of the production of ACR copper tubes.
