摘要
通过理论分析,基于DEFORM3D软件,采用刚粘塑性有限元理论,建立HAl77-2铝黄铜管三辊行星轧制过程有限元模型,模拟轧制过程。由于HA l77-2黄铜存在"中温脆性区",导致管坯在轧制过程中开裂。为实现HAl77-2铝黄铜管的行星轧制,控制轧制过程中管坯温度是解决问题的关键。
By means of the rigid-viscoplastic finite element theory with theoretic analysis,the finite element model is set up based on the software DEFORM 3D for 3-roll planetary rolling technology of HAl77-2 aluminum-brass tube,and the rolling process is simulated.The tube blank cracks are produced during the rolling process because of the intermediate temperature brittleness range of HAl77-2 aluminum-brass.In order for implement planetary rolling technology of HAl77-2 aluminum-brass tube efficiently,the key point is controlling the tube blank temperature during the rolling.
