摘要
通过对湖北云梦睡虎地77号西汉墓出土竹简《葬律》的解读,并结合西汉时期列侯墓葬实例及文献记载,发现西汉早期确实存在一套律文所见的丧葬制度,且列侯葬制在西汉中晚期发生了明显的变化。
This article contains an interpenetration of Zang Lv(Burial Statutes)on bamboo slips excavated from the No.77 Western Han tomb at Shuihudi Site,Yunmeng,Hubei Province.Archaeological evidence discovered in Western Han feudal lords’tombs as well as records in historical documents all prove that a funeral institution,like what is mentioned in Zang Lv,did exist in early Western Han,and it experienced significant changes during mid and late Western Han.
