摘要
随着煤矿开采深度不断加大,井下环境呈现为高温高湿状态。通过控制室内温度和相对湿度模拟不同的矿井工作环境,测定人在不同环境条件下从事4种强度的体力劳动时的生理和行为指标。统计分析实验数据后得出结论:各项生理指标的变化与作业环境的温度、湿度和劳动强度的变化呈正相关;反应力、注意力等行为指标与环境温度湿度和劳动强度呈负相关。口腔温度达到37.7℃和收缩压达到148 mmHg时,试验对象身体出现明显不适。环境温度为28℃和相对湿度为60%时,矿工的反应时间和失误率最低。将环境温度与湿度作为自变量、反应时间作为因变量进行多元非线性拟合,得到了中度、重度、极重劳动强度下的函数表达式。
With the increasing depth of coal mining,the underground environment presents a state of high temperature and high humidity.By controlling indoor temperature and relative humidity to simulate different mine working environments,the physiological and behavioral indexes of people engaged in four kinds of intensity physical labor under different environmental conditions were measured.After statistical analysis of the test data,the conclusions are obtained as follows.The changes of various physiological indexes are positively correlated with the changes of temperature,humidity and labor intensity in the working environment.Behavioral indicators such as responsiveness and attention are negatively correlated with environmental temperature,humidity and labor intensity.When the oral temperature reaches 37.7℃and the systolic blood pressure reaches 148 mmHg,the subjects have obvious discomfort.When the ambient temperature is 28℃and the relative humidity is 60%,the miners’reaction time and error rate are the lowest.Taking ambient temperature and humidity as independent variables and reaction time as dependent variable,multivariate nonlinear function fitting was carried out to obtain three function expressions with a good fitting effect under moderate,severe and extremely heavy labor intensity.
