隧洞钻孔作业工效及低位作业姿势研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探究隧洞钻孔作业过程中钻工身体疲劳程度与作业姿势关系,从人因工程理论视角,运用CATIA软件建立隧洞钻孔作业模型,并模拟6种典型钻孔作业姿势。测算钻工在不同孔位作业姿势疲劳程度评估值,分析钻工疲劳程度与身体下蹲参数的关系。研究表明:脚踝和大腿是钻孔作业最易疲劳部位,需重点保护;下蹲作业姿势极易疲劳,推荐坐姿为低位钻孔作业姿势。为减轻脚踝和大腿受力,应采用作业支持系统。 In order to explore the relationship between fatigue level and working posture of drilling workers during tunnel drilling operations, a tunnel drilling operation model was built by using the CAITA software from a ergonomics viewpoint. Six postures of drilling operations were simulated. Values of fatigue levels were assessed for drilling workers for different blasthole arrangements. Relationship between fatigue level and squatting value was studied. The result shows that the ankle and thigh are judged as the easiest fatigue part of whole body and they should be protected carefully, that the squatting work posture should be replaced and sitting drilling posture should be adopted in lower blasthole practice, and that for the sake of mitigating force on ankle and thigh, advanced operation support system should be adopted.
