摘要
番石榴是我国南方特有的水果之一,具有较高的营养价值和经济效益。其是漳州市长泰区主栽的热带水果之一,近年来种植规模不断扩大,在发展过程中也出现了一些问题。从发展历史、技术体系、产品结构、种植规模、果实品质、经济效益及“三品一标”认证等方面分析了长泰区番石榴产业发展现状;提出了连片规模经营水平不高、深加工水平不足、冷藏保鲜等基础设施建设不够完善、政府财政补贴有限、销售渠道待扩宽5个方面的问题;从发展规模化种植、发展番石榴深加工业、加强冷藏保鲜等设施建设、扩大财政补助范围和拓宽销售渠道5个方面给出发展建议,以期为南方其他地区种植番石榴提供参考。
Guava is one of the unique fruits in the south of China, and is with high nutritional value and economic benefits. It is one of the main tropical fruits planted in Changtai District, Zhangzhou City. In recent years,the planting scale has been expanding, and some problems have emerged in the development process. This paper analyzed the development status of guava industry in Changtai District from the aspects of development history,technical system, product structure, planting scale, fruit quality, economic benefits and "San Pin Yi Biao"(pollutionfree agricultural products, green food, organic agricultural products and geographical indications of agricultural products) certification. Five problems were raised, including the low level of large-scale operation, insufficient level of deep processing, incomplete infrastructure construction of refrigeration and preservation facilities, insufficient government financial subsidies and sales channels need to be expanded. Some development suggestions were put forward from the following five aspects: developing large-scale planting, developing deep processing industry of guava, strengthening the construction of refrigeration and preservation facilities, expanding the scope of financial subsidies, and expanding sales channels, so as to provide a reference for planting guava in other areas in the south of China.
