摘要
化学渗吸是提高低渗油藏渗吸效果的重要方式,针对杏子川低渗油藏条件,利用amott瓶自发渗吸法,研究了不同界面张力-润湿性组合的渗吸液体系对静态渗吸的影响。实验结果表明:化学渗吸受界面张力和润湿性的共同影响,渗吸液体系界面张力为0.05~0.20 mN·m^(-1)、润湿角为27.1°~52.1°时对杏子川低渗岩心渗吸促进作用较为明显,化学渗吸较地层水渗吸采收率可提高20%以上。杏子川低渗油藏化学渗吸液体系不必追求超低界面张力(10-3 mN·m^(-1))和较小的润湿角,最佳渗吸体系为0.075%~0.200%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺与0.025%~0.200%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复配体系,其室内静态渗吸采收率高于30%。
Chemical imbibition is an important way to improve the imbibition effect of low permeability reservoir.According to the conditions of Xingzichuan low permeability reservoir,the influence of imbibition liquid system with different interfacial tension wettability combination on static imbibition was studied by using amott bottle spontaneous imbibition method.The experimental results show that chemical imbibition is jointly affected by interfacial tension and wettability.When the interfacial tension of imbibition system is 0.05~0.20 mN·m^(-1 )and the wetting angle is 27.1°~52.1°,it can significantly promote the imbibition of Xingzichuan low permeability core,and the recovery rate of chemical imbibition can be increased by more than 20%compared with formation water imbibition.The chemical imbibition system of Xingzichuan low permeability reservoir does not need to pursue ultra-low interfacial tension(10-3 mN·m^(-1 ))and small wetting angle.The best imbibition system is the compound system of 0.075%~0.200%coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.025%~0.200%fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,and its indoor static imbibition recovery is higher than 30%.
