摘要
目的探讨肠结核应用2HRZE/6HRE化疗方案与胸腺肽-α1联合治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的102例肠结核患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组51例。对照组采用2HRZE/6HRE化疗方案,观察组采用2HRZE/6HRE化疗方案联合胸腺肽-α1方案。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组免疫指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组免疫指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肠结核采取2HRZE/6HRE化疗方案与胸腺肽-α1联合治疗可提高疗效,改善免疫指标,且不会增加不良反应,安全性好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 2HRZE/6HRE chemotherapy regimen combined with thymosin-α1 in the treatment of intestinal tuberculosis.Methods 102 cases of intestinal tuberculosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2019 to December 2021 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received 2HRZE/6HRE chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group received 2HRZE/6HRE chemotherapy regimen combined with thymosin-α1 regimen.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in immune indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the immune indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))in observation group were better,the differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Combination therapy of 2HRZE/6HRE chemotherapy and thymosin-α1 for intestinal tuberculosis can improve the curative effect and the immune indexes,without increase the adverse reactions,and it is safe.
