摘要1 病例资料患者,男,52岁,主因“双足趾破溃2个月,疼痛1小时”于2021年9月30日入院治疗。既往史:2型糖尿病病史20年余,高血压病史8年,肾衰竭病史3年,膜透析置管术后行规律腹膜透析。无食物、药物过敏史;无吸烟、饮酒史。体检:T 36.5℃,P 70次/min, R 18次/min, BP 132/87 mmHg。入院诊断:①2型糖尿病足;②慢性肾衰竭;③糖尿病多发神经病变。
