摘要 目的分析食源性疾病肛拭子样品诺如病毒检出情况。方法食源性疾病事件发生后,经疾控中心食品安全风险科流调人员调查,发病人员怀疑诺如病毒感染。2021年1—12月,检验科采样人员对患者及相关人员进行肛拭子样品采集,进行实时荧光PCR检测诺如病毒。对检测结果进行分析。结果在食源性疾病暴发事件中共调查出怀疑诺如病毒感染事件12起,有7起事件检出诺如病毒。结论食源性疾病暴发事件中,人员多聚集发病后,排除食物中毒,症状、体征符合诺如病毒感染的病例,要尽快采集相关人员肛拭子样品进行诺如病毒检测,早发现、早治疗、早控制、早处置,控制疫情发展。 Objective To analyze the detection of norovirus in anal swab samples from foodborne diseases.Methods After the occurrence of food-borne disease events,the investigators from the Food Safety Risk Section of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conducted investigations,and the patients were suspected of norovirus infection.From January to December 2021,the sampling staff of the laboratory department collected anal swab samples from patients and related personnel,and conducted real-time fluorescent PCR to detect norovirus.Analyzed the test results.Results A total of 12 cases of suspected norovirus infection were investigated in foodborne disease outbreaks,and norovirus was detected in 7 cases.Conclusion In food-borne disease outbreaks,many people gather to get sick.After food poisoning is excluded,if the symptoms and signs are consistent with norovirus infection,anal swab samples from relevant personnel should be collected as soon as possible for norovirus detection,early detection,early treatment,early control,and early disposal to control the development of the epidemic.
