摘要
目的探究与分析结核病房护士对多重耐药菌感染的防护知识,并总结个人防护对策。方法选取自2018年5月—2020年5月在沈阳市第十人民医院结核病房工作的护士36名作为研究对象,对多重耐药菌感染的防护知识进行了解,总结结核病房护士对多重耐药菌的防护对策,统计该组护士对科室内多重耐药菌防控措施的实施情况。结果结核病房工作的护士所掌握的多重耐药菌感染防护知识掌握情况的百分比分别为:多重耐药菌的定义及种类(58.33%)、消毒隔离措施及患者解除隔离标准(63.98%)、医疗废物的分类和处理(55.56%)、呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防措施(69.44%)、工作人员的手卫生方法(61.11%)、医疗用具的消毒方法(58.33%)、多重耐药菌感染的上报流程(63.89%)、多重耐药菌患者出院后被褥的处理(55.56%)、隔离衣与防护服的注意事项(72.22%)、多重耐药菌药物的合理应用(55.56%)。结论结核病房护士对多重耐药菌感染的防护知识掌握程度较为一般,面对结核病房内多重耐药菌感染的问题,护士掌握有效的个人防护对策至关重要。
Objective To explore and analyze the protection knowledge of nurses in tuberculosis wards against multidrug-resistant bacterial infection,and to summarize personal protection strategies.Methods Thirty-six nurses who worked in the tuberculosis ward of shenyang Tenth People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects to understand the protection knowledge of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection.The preventive measures against multi-drug-resistant bacteria by nurses in the tuberculosis ward were summarized,and the implementation of the prevention and control measures against multi-drug-resistant bacteria in the department by the nurses in this group was counted.Results The percentages of nurses working in tuberculosis wards on the prevention of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection were as follows:definition and types of multidrug-resistant bacteria(58.33%),disinfection and isolation measures and patient release criteria(63.98%),classification and treatment of medical waste(55.56%),and preventive measures for ventilator-associated pneumonia(69.44%),hand hygiene methods for staff(61.11%),disinfection methods for medical equipment(58.33%),reporting process for multidrug-resistant bacteria infection(63.89%),treatment of bedding in patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria after discharge(55.56%),isolation precautions for clothing and protective clothing(72.22%),rational application of multidrug-resistant bacteria(55.56%).Conclusion Nurses in tuberculosis wards have a general level of knowledge on the protection of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection.Faced with the problem of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection in tuberculosis wards,it is very important for nurses to master effective personal protective measures.
